A designer-maker, Lindsay Devine began her journey and love of glass as an apprentice within the family business, the skills of the craft passed down under the careful supervision of her father and with whom, she still collaborates today.
Each piece is crafted with the utmost of care and absolute dedication to quality, ensuring the finished article lends itself to be displayed within the finest locations.
A wealth of applications – from interior and exterior features incorporating contemporary and classical styling, Lindsay’s work appeals to interior designers, architects, yachts, fashion/film industry, hotels and private commission.
Strongly influenced by Rene Lalique and the great works of Michelangelo, Lindsay’s desire to push boundaries led to much experimentation resulting in the sculptural work she now creates and ultimately, the formation of her own studio in June 2006.
Sharing her life with her husband James and her two Persian cats Ted and Cass, Lindsay spends much of her leisure time in the nearby Peak District drawing inspiration from the wonderful surroundings at Chatsworth House.
